The Sanguinistas are a sect of vampires who believe in the literal interpretation of the Vampire Bible. The are against mainstreaming, wanting to take down The Authority's monarchy so they are free to dominate humans instead of co-existing with them. Humans, to them, are nothing more than food. Any relationship between vampire and human outside of that is practically blasphemy against Eve's holy word.
